pricing · metered on agent runs, not seats

Pay for the verdict, not the telemetry.

Capture is free forever — the OSS local tool and a hosted free tier never get gated. You pay only when a shared trust record, alerting, or enforcement starts to matter. No checkout on this page: every plan starts from signup.

  • RetentionCustom
  • Everything in Business
  • SSO / SAML & SCIM
  • Self-host / on-prem Helm chart
  • Audit export + EU AI Act Art. 19 packaging
  • SLA, dedicated compute, custom contracting

All prices in USD. Team and Business bill flat per org, per month — no per-seat math. Overage is silent and proportional ($5 / 1K runs on Team, $4 / 1K on Business); you are never charged for usage you didn’t have. The LLM judge is a separately metered pass-through add-on so it never erodes your flat tier. Enterprise pricing (~$30K–60K/yr) is directional and negotiated per deal.

What unlocks where.

The same usage axis runs across all five tiers. Retention is the cleanest paid lever (30 days → 90 days → 1 year → custom); the policy gate is the Business step; SSO and self-host land at Enterprise.

pricing faq

The questions teams ask first.

When do I actually start paying?
Never, until you choose to. The OSS local tool and the Free Cloud tier (500 runs/mo, 1 user) are free forever — not trials, no card on file. You only move to the paid Team plan when a second developer’s agent activity needs to live in one shared trust record. Billing is flat $49/org/mo from there; nothing charges automatically while you’re on a free tier.
What counts as a run?
One run is one complete agent session, from your prompt to the agent’s final summary — the exact unit agentwatch captures and verifies. A single CI job that spins up an agent is one run; a multi-step coding session is still one run. Local OSS captures are unlimited and never metered. Cloud tiers meter only the sessions that reach the hosted dashboard.
Is the local tool really free?
Yes — free forever, and it always will be. Unlimited local capture, deterministic diffing, every hook (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, CI), JSONL stored on your own machine. Your code never leaves the box; only structural metadata is diffed. The local tool is the independent referee, not a loss-leader we plan to gate later.
When does the LLM judge cost extra?
Deterministic checks run first and are always included — they catch most confabulations at sub-millisecond cost. The optional LLM judge only fires on flagged or on-demand sessions and is metered separately as a pass-through add-on (~$0.01–0.02 per judged run) so it never inflates your flat tier. It’s opt-in on Team and included at cost+ on Business.
What do I get for the jump to Business?
Enforcement. Team lets you observe your fleet; Business lets you act on it — the policy gate blocks a merge in GitHub Actions / GitLab CI when an agent claims “tests passed” but no test runner appears in the trace. You also unlock the cross-vendor trust leaderboard, the exec trend view, and 1-year retention. An individual can’t add a merge-blocking check to a shared repo — so the gate is structurally a team decision.
Why is Enterprise “custom”?
Enterprise is sized to a governance buyer: SSO/SAML & SCIM, a self-host / on-prem Helm chart, audit-log export, EU AI Act Article 19 retention packaging, and an SLA. Those are negotiated against committed run volume and seat count, so we price them per deal rather than off a sticker. It typically lands in the ~$30K–60K/year range.
